This exhibition presents an experimental anthology of short films developed during Song Lu's time in Itoshima, Fukuoka. By printing AI generated imagery onto thermal paper, a medium inherently destined to fade, Lu's work explores the fragile intersection of digital architecture and physical memory. These ephemeral prints are then transformed into looping, dreamlike sequences through stop motion animation and grounded by local field recordings gathered by the artist from the surrounding landscape. Within these transient visual worlds, isolated figures including two ants, a rabbit, and a scarab beetle drift toward an unclaimed winter island. As they navigate the snow, impossible narratives emerge, mirroring the material decay and fleeting nature of storytelling itself.
